"I need a simple yet reliable Microsoft Word 2024 add-in that places two ribbon buttons—“Start” and “Stop”. While the fill is active, the add-in should monitor my document in real time and automatically replace every stretch of white space (no matter how large) with a continuous run of dashes “Horizontal Line (solid dashes)”, stopping cleanly at the next typed character or paragraph mark.

Acceptance criteria
• Word 2024 compatible (desktop Microsoft 365)
• Two ribbon buttons wired to start/stop the filler
• Active filler replaces every blank zone on-the-fly, not just single-line gaps
• At least one dash preset selectable; architecture ready for more
