Project description:
"We are building Destino, a driver rental service app that allows customers to hire professional drivers to drive their own cars for local, outstation, and event-based needs. The backend is ready, and we are looking for a React Native frontend developer to complete and refine the mobile app for both iOS and Android, and ensure it is ready for App Store & Google Play publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and debug React Native screens for both iOS and Android.
Integrate frontend with backend APIs (driver booking, ride tracking, payments, notifications, etc.).
Implement features such as real-time location tracking, ride history, earnings dashboard, and payment gateway integration.
Work with Ola Maps API (geocoding, reverse geocoding, distance matrix, routing, snap-to-road).
Ensure pixel-perfect UI and smooth animations.
Implement push notifications for booking alerts and ride updates.
Optimize performance and memory usage for mobile devices.
Prepare app for App Store and Google Play submission, following platform guidelines.

Key Requirements:
Strong experience in React Native app development for both iOS and Android.
Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, and state management (Redux/MobX).
Experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.
Familiarity with map integrations (Google Maps, Ola Maps, or similar).
Experience with real-time tracking and WebSocket connections.
Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices.
Experience with payment gateway integration.
Understanding of App Store & Google Play publishing process.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
Previously developed and published at least 1-2 React Native apps.
Experience with Firebase for push notifications and analytics.
Knowledge of app performance optimization and offline data handling.
Ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD designs and convert them to functional screens.
