"I run several facilities with hundreds of storage units spread across different sites, and the daily admin burden keeps growing. My priority is to automate as much of that work as possible so staff can focus on customers instead of spreadsheets.

Here is what the CRM must do from day one:

• Automate core administrative tasks—specifically client management and payment processing—so recurring chores such as new-tenant onboarding, invoicing, and receipt generation happen without manual intervention.
• Give me a single, real-time view of every client: track every interaction (calls, emails, on-site visits), manage contracts from creation to renewal or termination, and store all related documents securely.
• Consolidate unit inventory across locations, link each unit to its active contract, and reflect any status change immediately.
• Integrate with payment gateways and our existing access-control hardware so gate codes activate only when accounts are current.
• Flag maintenance requests automatically, feed them into a calendar, and let my technicians update status from a mobile device.
• Generate clear billing, occupancy, and revenue reports that can be exported to Excel, PDF, or quickly shared with accounting.
