The focus is clear: identify startup founders, CTOs, and product leads who need reliable AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture, DevOps automation, or bespoke application builds—and guide them from first contact through contract signature. My own preference is to harvest leads from accelerator demo days, venture-fund networking evenings, industry meetups, and similar in-person venues, so your existing event calendar and network will be invaluable.
What I’ll look for and measure:
• A steady flow of qualified startup leads (pre-seed to Series B) introduced through events you attend or organise
• Discovery calls booked on my calendar and detailed in our shared CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce—your choice)
• Proposals refined with my technical team and advanced to negotiation stage

Timeline is flexible; I care more about building the right pipeline than rushing unfit prospects. You’ll have full technical backing for scoping calls, case studies, and demo environments, plus marketing collateral ready to hand out on the floor.
