I’m building a production-ready web application and need a 4+ years experienced MERN specialist to slot straight into our small team. The immediate focus is the data layer, so solid MongoDB expertise is essential—you should feel comfortable designing schemas, optimising queries, and managing indexes for performance at scale.

You’ll collaborate with me on the Node.js + Express backend and hook your APIs into the existing React front-end. We already use Git (GitHub), Jira, and Slack for daily workflow, so expect code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative deployments.

Key expectations
• Develop frontend and backend functionalities usung React js and Node.js
• Extend and refactor Express routes and middleware for new business logic
• Coordinate with the tech lead to ensure smooth data flow and state management
