"I’m ready to launch a new personal blog and need a developer who can turn the vision into a polished, fully-functional website. The site must let me publish three kinds of content: written articles, photos & videos, and podcasts. A clean, modern layout, fast load times, and mobile responsiveness are non-negotiable because my audience will be reading, viewing, and listening on every device.

My ideal stack is WordPress or another mainstream CMS so I can manage posts easily, but I’m open to a lightweight custom build if you can show clear advantages. Whatever route you choose, I expect:

• Seamless publishing workflows for text, media galleries, and embedded audio
• Straightforward admin tools for tagging, scheduling, and analytics
• Basic SEO structure in place (XML sitemap, meta tags, clean URLs)
• Social-share buttons and an email signup integrated from day one
• Clear hand-off documentation so I can update the site without calling a developer
