"I want to wire my existing two-column CSV (Question, Answer) directly into a Ready Player Me avatar so that trainees can type a question in a browser and hear/see the avatar answer with real-time lip-sync and natural animation.
The first milestone is a Windows-hosted, web-based prototype that comfortably supports at least 20 concurrent users. I already have the CSV structure; the code simply needs to pull the right answer, trigger speech synthesis, and feed the phoneme stream to the Ready Player Me model for synchronous mouth movement.

Core objectives
• Real-time Q&A: instant lookup from the CSV and response generation.
• Avatar performance: smooth lip-sync, head-turns, and idle animations to keep the interaction lively.
• Scalability: clean, modular code so we can expand the CSV to multiple-choice formats later and raise the user cap without rewrites.
• Documentation: concise setup notes and inline comments that let another developer extend or containerize the app quickly.
