"We are facing a performance issue in a Flutter application and need an experienced Flutter developer (preferably with live streaming and Firebase expertise) to consult and guide us towards the best solution.
Project Context:
We have two main pages in our app:
Home Screen
Game Screen
When a contest goes live, users jump from Home Screen to Game Screen.
The Game Screen contains the following components:
Live video stream via Ant Media SDK.
User chat messages coming from Firebase Realtime DB (contest node).
Dynamic numbers pushed by admin, appearing one-by-one in real time.
Chat input section where users send messages that appear in the chat section above.
Current Issue:
We are using Provider and StreamBuilder (separately for each node), but still encountering a problem where the entire Game Screen rebuilds frequently, causing performance lag. This impacts smoothness, especially when live streaming is active.
What We Need:
Immediate consultation (hourly rate basis) to review our architecture.
Identify why unnecessary rebuilds are happening despite separate StreamBuilders.
Suggest and help implement best practices to optimize performance.
Experience in live streaming integration + Firebase Realtime DB in Flutter is a big plus.
Requirements:
Strong Flutter & Dart experience.
Deep understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
