"I want to launch a mobile application that lets individual investors apply for new IPOs directly from their phones. The app’s main purpose is to facilitate the entire investment flow—browsing upcoming offerings, submitting applications, and viewing allocation status—while keeping the experience fast, reliable, and secure.

The build must serve both iOS and Android users. I’m open to either two native codebases or a single cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, as long as the final experience feels native on each platform.

Key points I need you to cover:
• Seamless, secure onboarding with full KYC/AML checks
• A straightforward “Apply” journey for each IPO, including allotment updates
• Real-time status sync with the backend and push notifications for critical events
• Clean, modern UI that can scale as we add new asset classes later

Deliverables
• Production-ready iOS and Android apps, submitted to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing
• Source code with clear documentation and build instructions
• Basic admin panel or API endpoints for managing IPO listings and reviewing user activity
• A short hand-off session so I can run, test, and maintain the solution myself
