"Lead Certified Developer — UAT & Developer Ecosystem Builder for Trading Automation Platform

Description:
We’re launching a next-generation trading automation platform built on Freqtrade, Kubernetes, and AI-driven pattern logic. Our goal is to standardize a formal [login to view URL] ("10XT") Certified Developer Program that will onboard and support freelance algo developers who bring their own clients to the system (B2B2C).

We are hiring one highly-qualified developer to serve as the Lead Certified Developer. This role will:

Your Responsibilities

Conduct structured UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on our automation platform

Evaluate and score strategy behavior, logs, and execution consistency

Review incoming developer applicants (Freelancer candidates)

Run technical screening for each developer

Approve or reject candidates for certification

Help define the standards of the 10X Certified Developer Program

Provide feedback to improve the Custom Bot (Labs) experience

Act as a technical advisor for onboarding additional developers

Optionally onboard your own client base to the platform

Requirements

Strong Freqtrade experience (strategies, configuration, runtime behavior)

Strong Python (strategies, indicators, pattern logic, execution flows)

Experience building trading bots or automating strategies for clients

Ability to evaluate logs, trade sequences, and entry/exit logic

Excellent communication (written English) for reporting and scoring

Experience with CCXT-based systems preferred

Bonus: Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud automation knowledge

Bonus: Pinescript or Quant/Strategy background

Scope of the Initial Contract

Perform full UAT on our platform (we provide the checklist)

Review a batch of incoming developer applicants

Provide technical evaluations and certification recommendations

Recommend improvements to the certification workflow

Become the designated “Lead Certified Developer” for the program

Why This Matters

Your work will establish the quality bar for every future Certified Developer in our system. You will help shape the ecosystem that supports traders, freelance devs, and B2B partners. Strong performers will be offered long-term involvement as we scale the Certified Developer Program.
