"I am building an AI-driven application that must run smoothly on iOS, Android and the Web. The core idea is in place, but I need an experienced developer who can translate it into clean, production-ready code, advise on the best architecture for cross-platform deployment and integrate the relevant machine-learning components.

You’ll be free to recommend the most suitable framework—Flutter, React Native or a different stack—so long as the end result compiles reliably for all three targets. I’m also open to guidance on the final user-interface approach; graphical, voice or text can all work, and I’m willing to iterate quickly as we test what resonates with users.

Please be comfortable with:
• Training or fine-tuning AI models, then packaging them behind secure APIs or directly on-device when performance makes sense.
• Setting up CI/CD so that updates roll out simultaneously to the App Store, Google Play and a web host.
• Writing concise documentation so I can maintain the codebase once the initial build is complete.

Deliverables I expect:
1. A fully functional cross-platform app with the agreed AI features in place.
2. Source code in a private repository, commit history included.
