"I want to build an end-to-end solution that visualises where demand is occurring and where supply is currently located, all updated in real time.

Scope
• Web application: an interactive map that plots every active demand-side facility and each live supply-side order. Pins must update instantly as locations change.
• iOS supplier app: captures the courier’s GPS signal, lets them accept or update orders, and streams coordinates to the web map with minimal latency.
• Back-end: secure user authentication, order management, WebSocket or similar real-time channel, and scalable database/storage.
• Admin and analytics: basic dashboards to review historical trips, order status, and performance metrics.

Must-Haves
• Proven experience delivering real-time tracking or mapping products.
• Smooth, battery-efficient location tracking on iOS (foreground and background).
• Clean, modern UI on both web and mobile.
• Robust error handling, data privacy, and GDPR-friendly logging.

Nice-to-Have
• Tech stack suggestions (e.g., React or Vue for the web, Swift with Combine on iOS, Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar).
• CI/CD pipeline and unit tests to keep future iterations painless.
