"I need a robust data-management mobile app that keeps every piece of information safe even if the device disappears. The moment a user creates or updates a record, the app must queue it locally and sync it automatically to a cloud service such as Google Drive, Firebase, or another solution you can justify. On first launch in a new handset, users should simply sign in and have all their data restored exactly as it was.

Security is crucial, so please factor in encrypted transmission and at-rest encryption on the server side, along with basic authentication (e-mail, Google, or phone number—feel free to recommend the smoothest option). The interface can stay minimal; stability of the sync engine matters more than fancy UI.

I would like to see a detailed project proposal that covers:

• Your suggested tech stack for Android (and iOS if cross-platform makes sense)
• The cloud architecture you plan to use and why
• A timeline that shows you can deliver a fully tested build within one month
