"Technical Specification: Custom Adaptation of PC Games for Mobile Play via Streaming
Goal:
Develop a solution for playing popular PC games on a mobile phone via PC streaming with custom touch controls and an adapted HUD (user interface), along with a full tutorial so I can add new games with unique controls in the future.

1. Target Games
The system should be fully set up and optimized for:

The Last of Us

NFS Most Wanted 2005

NFS Carbon

GTA 4

GTA 3

Forza Horizon 4

PS3 Emulator

The setup should be flexible to add more games in the future.

2. Custom Controls
Unique on-screen touch controls for each game.

Ability to position, resize, and adjust transparency of buttons.

Option to place buttons for left/right-handed play.

Controls appear only during gameplay (not in the main menu).

Support for gestures (swipe, multi-touch, hold actions).

3. HUD (User Interface) Adaptation
Relocate HUD elements (e.g., maps, indicators) so they do not overlap with on-screen controls.

Ability to hide/show certain HUD elements.

For example: if the map is at the bottom and interferes with controls, move it to the top.

4. Technical Requirements
Base system using Moonlight + Sunshine, Steam Link, or a better suggested alternative.

Should work on Android and preferably iOS.

Optimized for minimal latency.

5. Tutorial & Documentation
Record video tutorials or screen recordings explaining:

How to edit and add new touch controls.

How to reposition HUD elements for new games.

How to integrate new games with unique control layouts.

Provide a short PDF/text guide summarizing the process.

6. Deliverables
Fully functional setup for all listed games.

Complete customization system for future games.

Video tutorials + written guide.

Optimized for smooth and responsive mobile gameplay.

7. Additional Requirements
Developer should have experience in HUD modification for games like GTA, NFS, TLOU, and Forza.
