"I’m looking to have a brand-new server side built in PHP—Laravel is welcome if you like—together with a Flutter-based Android app that consumes it. The backend must cover three core capabilities: secure user authentication, reliable data storage with fast retrieval, and clean API endpoints that the mobile client can hit without friction.

On the mobile side I need a working Android build produced in Flutter that lets users register, log in, and interact with the data coming from the server.
