"The current visitor-registration platform you can preview at [login to view URL] works fine functionally, but the underlying code was auto-generated and is almost impossible to maintain. I want the whole application rebuilt from the ground up in hand-written, well-structured PHP with a MySQL back end while replicating every screen, interaction, and visual detail pixel-for-pixel.

Scope
• Recreate all existing pages, forms, modals, validation flows, and email triggers exactly as they behave today.
• Build a fresh MySQL schema (you may model it after the existing one or propose improvements, but field-level compatibility must be preserved so current data can be migrated intact).
• Write clear, inline comments and keep classes, functions, and assets logically organised. I will send my detailed coding standards document at project start; follow it rigorously.
• Use modern PHP (7.4+ or 8.x), PDO or mysqli with prepared statements, and standard security best practices (XSS/CSRF handling, input sanitisation, password hashing where relevant).
• Front-end must render identically across modern browsers and remain responsive, drawing assets/styles from the live site.

Deliverables
1. Complete PHP source code organised per my guidelines
2. SQL script to create all tables, indexes, and seed data
3. Data-migration script or step-by-step instructions
4. Read-me with set-up steps for a vanilla LAMP stack

Acceptance criteria
– Visual comparison with the current site shows no differences.
– All existing user journeys (visit registration, badge printing, admin login, record search, etc.) work end-to-end.
– Code passes my linting rules and naming conventions without warnings.
– Zero critical or high-severity security findings on initial review.
