"My goal is to bring a completely new Windows-based software application from concept to a working, user-ready release. The core idea and key features are already defined at a high level; the missing piece is expert execution that translates those ideas into clean, efficient code, an intuitive interface, and a reliable installer.

What the work covers
• Technical architecture and technology stack selection (feel free to recommend C#, .NET, Electron, or other Windows-friendly frameworks).
• UI/UX design consistent with modern Windows conventions.
• Full implementation of agreed-upon features, including any required local database or API integrations.
• Packaging, signing, and delivery of a ready-to-install Windows executable.
• Source code hand-off with clear build instructions.

Acceptance criteria
1. The application installs and launches without errors on current Windows 10/11 systems.
2. All agreed features behave exactly as documented in the functional spec we will finalize together.
3. Codebase is organized, commented, and delivered through a private Git repository.
4. A brief user guide (PDF or Markdown) accompanies the release build.
