"I run a Shopify store that is currently locked behind a password until our next product drop. Right now visitors only see the simple password field. I want to extend that page so it also invites people to leave their email address and, once submitted, automatically adds them to my “Newsletter” audience in Mailchimp.

Here’s what I need:
• A clean email-entry area styled to match the reference mock-up I’ve attached.
• One-click connection to my Mailchimp “Newsletter” list so every signup is captured instantly—no manual exports.


Please keep the existing password flow exactly as it is; the new email section should sit alongside it without breaking anything on desktop or mobile. Turnaround is ASAP because the drop date is approaching fast.

I’ll provide access to the Shopify theme and Mailchimp API key as soon as we get started, and I’ll consider the task complete once I can test a signup and see the contact appear in Mailchimp automatically." (client-provided description)
