The customer completes the product design and saves it through the system.
Each saved design automatically receives a unique Order ID.

Step 2: Bulk File Download and Storage

The system downloads and stores all order files in structured folders organized by order sequence.
For high-volume workloads, each file is tagged with a dynamic status label, such as:

“Pending Printing”

“In Printing”

“Printed”

“Ready for Shipping”

Step 3: Multi-Template Generation and Status Tracking

The system groups orders into multi-item print templates based on the print bed size and production capacity.
Each template receives a unique Template ID, and the system tracks:

Which templates have been generated

Which templates were already printed

How many orders each template contains

Step 4: Identification and Back-Side Barcode Marking

After template generation and printing, each printed block receives a barcode label on its back surface.
The barcode includes:

Order ID

Template ID

Current production status (e.g., “Printed – Ready for Dispatch”)

This ensures full traceability of every order throughout the production pipeline.

Step 5: Tracking and Shipping Status Reporting
