The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer who excels in WordPress and Elementor development while having the capability to contribute to custom application front-end builds. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from client websites to cutting-edge web applications, making a direct impact on our clients' digital success.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

First 90 Days:
Master our development workflow and coding standards
Complete 3-5 WordPress/Elementor projects with minimal supervision
Integrate seamlessly with our design and development team
Establish clear communication rhythms with project stakeholders

First Year:
Lead front-end development on 15+ WordPress projects
Contribute to 2-3 custom application front-end builds
Propose and implement process improvements that increase efficiency by 20%

Core Responsibilities
WordPress & Elementor Development (70%)
- Build responsive, high-performance WordPress websites (usually using Elementor Pro)
- Create custom Elementor widgets and dynamic content solutions
- Implement advanced WordPress functionality using custom post types, fields, and templates
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience
- Maintain and update existing WordPress sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Custom Application Development (25%)
- Develop front-end interfaces for custom web applications
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs
- Implement responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Collaboration & Growth (5%)
- Work closely with designers to translate mockups into functional websites
- Communicate project progress and technical requirements to stakeholders
- Stay current with web development trends and best practices
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and documentation

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Expert-level WordPress development (5+ years)
- Advanced Elementor Pro experience (3+ years)
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Proficient in JavaScript/jQuery
- Experience with PHP for WordPress customization
- Familiar with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and AJAX
- Knowledge of version control (Git)
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or similar)
