"I’m ready to unite my existing WordPress site and XenForo forum so that they feel like one platform rather than two separate properties. I need three things to happen in harmony:

• Single Sign-On in both directions – a user who registers, logs in, or logs out on either WordPress or XenForo must be instantly recognised on the other side without any additional clicks.
• Mutual content sharing – blog posts should be published as discussion threads, and forum threads (or a selected subset) should surface on WordPress in a way that respects categories and tags.
• Design synchronisation – header, footer, colour palette and typography need to match so users experience a seamless brand journey no matter where they land first.

Please choose or craft the most reliable bridge, plugin, or API approach—whether that’s ready-made tools, bespoke PHP code, or a hybrid—and document any edits to core or theme files so updates remain painless.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A fresh test user registers once and can move between both platforms without re-authentication.
2. A new WordPress post appears on XenForo as a thread within the correct forum automatically, and vice versa within one minute.
3. On desktop and mobile, the visual shell (navigation, colours, fonts) is identical within a 2-pixel tolerance.
4. All functionality survives a routine WordPress and XenForo version update carried out on a staging copy.
