"I need a .NET MAUI business application that runs smoothly on both Windows and macOS. The goal is a single code-base with native-feeling UI on each platform, clean architecture, and straightforward deployment through the standard Windows installer and a notarised macOS package.

Core expectations
• Develop in C#, XAML, and .NET MAUI, following MVVM (or a similarly maintainable pattern).
• Keep the project cross-platform at every layer—avoid Windows-only or macOS-only APIs unless wrapped behind dependency injection.
• Provide clear, concise in-code comments and a short README that covers build, platform-specific configuration, and signing steps.

Deliverables
1. Full Visual Studio solution with all source code.
2. Compiled installers for Windows (.msi or .exe) and macOS (.pkg or .dmg).
3. README / build guide (max 2 pages) so I can reproduce the builds locally.
