"My Laravel-based Kivicare installation currently lets me export scheduled services, but there’s no way to bring bookings back in. I need an XML import feature that accepts complete group-booking records and inserts them directly into the calendar from the admin panel.

Here’s what I’m after:
• An upload interface inside the existing Kivicare dashboard where I can choose an XML file containing group bookings.
• Server-side parsing that validates the file structure, checks every appointment for required data, and then creates the bookings in the same way the manual form does.
• Clear success / error feedback so I instantly know which bookings were accepted or rejected.

Feel free to recommend the XML schema you prefer—customer details, service details, dates, and times must all be handled, but I’m open to your suggestions on exact tags and attribute names. As long as repeated elements can map to multiple patients in the same timeslot, I’m happy.

The code should follow Laravel best practices (repositories, requests, policies) and stay fully compatible with future Kivicare updates.
