"I want to establish a clean, professional online presence for my small business. The site’s main job is to present information about who we are, what we do, and how potential customers can reach us—no e-commerce functionality is required.

Here’s what I need:
• A modern, responsive design that looks good on desktop and mobile
• Core pages such as Home, About, Services and Contact (I’ll supply copy and images)
• A simple way for me to update text and photos myself after hand-off—WordPress, Webflow or another user-friendly CMS is fine
• Solid fundamentals: quick load times, basic on-page SEO and secure setup (SSL)

I’ll provide hosting credentials and brand assets as soon as we start. The final deliverable is a fully deployed site plus brief written instructions showing me how to edit content going forward.
