"I’m looking for a short-form video editor for Instagram Reels and other vertical content.

About me:
I’m an AI content creator and want to post consistently with high-retention, hook-based reels.

What I need from you:

* 1 edited video per day (around 30 videos per month)
* Strong focus on hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
* Experience with Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
* Comfortable editing both:

* Faceless videos (b-roll, AI visuals, stock, VO-based)
* Talking-head / face-cam videos
* Good sense of pacing, captions, zooms, memes, and sound design
* Open to feedback so we can build a consistent style over time
& is experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro & some after effects & basic photoshop

Budget:

* Around ₹500 per reel (total 30 in a month)
* Approximately 30 videos per month (around ₹15,000/month)

Paid test first:
I would like to start with a paid test. I’ll share the raw files with you, and you’ll edit 1 reel for me. If we both like the result and working style, we’ll continue long term.
