"I have a bank statement in PDF format that need to be copied, pasted and organised in Microsoft Word. The first five pages are already completed to show the exact layout I expect; everything after that still needs attention.

Here’s what the job involves:

• Open the PDF statement, highlight and copy every transaction line, and paste it into the Word template directly beneath the appropriate heading
• Headings such as “Rent”, “Maintenance Fees” and “Utilities” are already shown in the sample, but you’ll notice there are many more types of expenses. In total we will end up with well over ten distinct categories. I rely on your judgement to create and label new ones whenever the description clearly points to a different expense type.
• Follow the simple formatting in the sample pages just posting same figure transactions on one page / same categories one under the other

Acceptance criteria
– All remaining statement pages are transferred into Word with no omissions.
– Every transaction appears once, under one clear category heading.
– New headings are created only when truly needed, and they remain consistent throughout.
