"I’m ready to commission a complete Portuguese Scriptures application for both Android and iOS. The goal is a smooth, modern experience that feels as quick and intuitive as today’s best reading apps while covering every core task a Bible reader expects.

Key features I absolutely need built-in:
• Verse-by-verse display throughout the entire text, not paragraph blocks.
• Robust search so users can locate any passage instantly.
• One-tap bookmarking to save favorite verses.
• Configurable daily verse notifications delivered to the device’s tray.

Beyond those essentials, the overall reader must work offline after first install, respect system-level dark/light modes, adjust font size seamlessly, and handle swipe or tap navigation between chapters without lag. Think of the baseline UX you find in popular English Bible apps—only fully localized for Portuguese.

I will provide the licensed text files once development begins; the codebase should be written in a cross-platform framework (Flutter or React Native are fine) to keep maintenance efficient, and published under my developer accounts in both stores. Clean architecture, commented source, and hand-off documentation are required so future updates are straightforward.

Deliverables:
