"I wanted to give you a quick overview of what I’ve done so far and what I need help with.
• Integration with Confluence is already completed using an external connector.
• Confluence documents are successfully appearing in Service Operations Workspace in ServiceNow.
The next steps where I need your help are:
- Tuning Agent Assist
• Optimizing the search results and recommendations.
• Improving how Agent Assist suggests relevant Confluence articles.
- Incident summarisation
• Helping to configure or design an approach where incidents can be summarised automatically (or semi-automatically) to assist agents.
- Redirect from Classic UI to Service Operations Workspace
• All users work in the classic ServiceNow UI.
• The goal is: when a user opens an incident from the classic view, it should (if possible) automatically open that incident in Service Operations Workspace instead and show recommended solutions for that [login to view URL] this is a company dev instance behind VPN, I won’t be able to give you direct access.
