"I need an Android application that embeds an AI-driven personal assistant capable of understanding and replying to users in both Hindi and English. The core job is to let people ask everyday questions—by voice or text—and receive clear, conversational answers inside the app.

Key points you will be working on:
• Natural-language understanding for Hindi and English, switching seamlessly when a user mixes the two.
• Real-time or near-real-time responses to general queries (weather, facts, definitions, simple how-to information, etc.).
• Clean Android UI that offers a chat-style screen, microphone button for voice input, and a quick-toggle to choose the reply language if the user wants it fixed.
• Lightweight backend: you may leverage Dialogflow, OpenAI API, or any comparable NLP engine—whatever integrates fastest without bloating the APK size.

Deliverables I expect:
