"I need a web-based point-and-gift card platform for my restaurants where every guest is recognised by phone number and a one-time SMS code. Once verified, customers should be able to:

• collect and redeem loyalty points on each visit
• purchase digital or physical gift cards and check their balance in real time
• send a gift card to friends instantly, whether they’re in the restaurant or online
• receive SMS promotions, personalised offers, referral bonuses, and automated birthday rewards

The front end must be a responsive web portal that works on any modern browser. On the back end I want an admin dashboard to create promotions, trigger bulk SMS campaigns, track points and card balances, manage multiple locations, and export sales and engagement reports.

I’m open to your technology suggestions—Node/React, Laravel, Django, or any stack that supports secure payments and integrates cleanly with an SMS gateway like Twilio or Nexmo. Please outline:
