# **PROJECT OVERVIEW**

We are a specialty coffee company with an already functional WordPress/WooCommerce website. We are looking for a freelancer (or team) to **optimize our existing system**, build missing key features, **prepare API endpoints** for future integration, and develop a **mobile MVP application** for custom coffee roasting and scheduling.

This project has **two phases** (both included in the budget).
The entire project must be fully functional, stable, and easy for us to update.

# **PHASE 1 — WordPress Optimization & Integrations**

We already have WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, products, and branding.
We need improvements, extra features, and system integrations.

### **OBJECTIVE:**

Improve our existing WordPress WooCommerce platform to deliver:

* Better UX (La Cabra style: minimalist & premium)
* Subscription system
* Membership portal with podcasts & videos
* Wholesale B2B restricted area
* API bridge for the mobile app
* Social media pixels + GDPR compliance

## **PHASE 1 — TASK LIST**

### **1. Shop Optimization**

* Improve product cards (inline selector, variant selection, quick add to cart)
* Clean minimalist UI (similar to La Cabra Coffee)
* Mobile-first UI optimization

### **2. Subscriptions Integration**

* Setup WooCommerce Subscriptions (already installed or available)
* Monthly batch subscription product
* Automatic renewals + user account system

### **3. Membership & Content Portal**

* Locked content area for our podcasts, videos, and live streams
* One-time payment and recurring subscription options
* Secure access only for members

### **4. B2B Wholesale Private Portal**

* Access for customers who purchased +30kg OR approved manually
* Real-time wholesale price list (simple editable structure)
* Market intelligence feed (we provide the content/feed source)

### **5. Consulting & Services Page**

* Page displaying our high-value B2B services
* Contact funnel for booking workshops and consulting

### **6. Tracking & GDPR**

* Install and configure TikTok Pixel + Meta Pixel + server events (if possible)
* Full cookie banner (GDPR legal compliance)
* Privacy and cookie settings ready

### **7. API Bridge Preparation (CRITICAL)**

* Prepare user, order, and product endpoints so the mobile app can read/write data

A simple but functional MVP mobile app for scheduling custom roasting.

### **OBJECTIVE:**

Build a mobile application that allows users to:

* Select coffee bean and roast settings
* See real-time roasting availability
* Book a time slot
* Upload label for packaging
* Select pickup time
* Pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card
* Sync with WordPress accounts and purchase history

### **1. App Development (React Native or Flutter)**

* Cross-platform app (Android & iOS)
* Clean, simple UX
* Login using WordPress user account

### **2. Custom Roasting Profile**

* Users select:

* Bean type
* Roast level
* Grind size (if applicable)
* Quantity
* Instant preview of selection

### **3. Real-Time Scheduling System**

* Show available roasting slots
* Automatic calculation of roasting time
* Users can reserve a time slot
* Confirmation notification/email

### **4. Packaging Customization**

* Custom text or upload own label
* Saved to backend with the order

### **5. Pickup Scheduling**
