"Project Summary

I need a developer to build a Windows desktop application that lets me upload spreadsheets containing multiple payments and send them in bulk through Lloyds and Barclays online banking APIs (or equivalent automated process). The program must include an easy-to-use GUI and allow me to save multiple bank accounts inside the app.

This tool will be used frequently for batch payments, so it must be reliable, simple, and portable (no installation required).

Main Features Needed
1. Windows GUI Application

Modern, user-friendly interface

Tabs or menu for:

Upload spreadsheets

2. Spreadsheet Upload

Support for Excel and CSV
