"I need an online order portal where customers can browse our physical inventory, select any available price options or upgrades, and check out without paying online. Images, titles, and detailed descriptions must show for every product, and all items should be bulk-importable through an Excel/CSV spreadsheet so we can refresh stock quickly.

When a customer completes an order, the system must fire two separate messages:
• a clear, itemised confirmation email to the customer
• an identical copy delivered straight to our Outlook address

I’m open to whichever platform—custom build, WordPress, Shopify, or something similar—gets the job done smoothly. What matters most is reliability, easy spreadsheet uploads, and an uncluttered customer flow that ends in those two emails. Payment integration is not required; the portal simply records the order details.
