"I’m a technician-programmer looking to hand off a portion of my current workload that centers on clean, standards-compliant web programming. The task is purely Web: I need pages written in straight HTML (feel free to enrich with CSS3 and vanilla JavaScript where it makes sense) and structured so that I can drop them straight into the project I’m maintaining.

Here is what I’m after:
• Hand-coded, readable HTML5 markup that loads quickly and validates
• Responsive layout that behaves consistently across modern browsers
• Clear, in-file comments so I can extend or debug your work later

I will provide the page structure and any assets as soon as we start; you return the finished HTML files and any supporting style or script sheets. If you spot ways to streamline performance along the way, let me know—I’m always open to improvement suggestions.
