We are specifically hiring for the following roles:

1️⃣ WordPress Web Development Lead (Full Rebuild + CMS Configuration)
Skills Required (Keywords to trigger algorithm):
WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, Theme Customization, Plugin Development, Website Security, Performance Optimization, Multilingual Websites, API Integration
Responsibilities:
• Complete WordPress website rebuild
• Custom theme setup + CMS configuration
• Performance optimization (speed, caching, compression)
• Security hardening + backups
• Responsive design implementation
• Integration of multilingual support (English/French/Portuguese)
Experience:
• 5+ years WordPress development
• Must show live website portfolio

2️⃣ UX/UI Designer (Figma/Adobe XD – Web Redesign)
Skills Required (Keywords):
UX Design, UI Design, Figma, Adobe XD, Wireframing, User Research, Information Architecture, Prototyping, Accessibility (WCAG), Web Design
Responsibilities:
• Redesign website structure & user flow
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes
• Develop visual identity elements (layout, typography, color palette)
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
Experience:
• 5+ years in UX/UI
• Strong portfolio required (include links)

3️⃣ Content Migration & Quality Assurance Specialist
Skills Required (Keywords):
Content Migration, CMS Management, SEO, Metadata, Web Formatting, QA Testing, Broken Link Fixing, Web Content Editing, Accessibility Check, Multilingual Content
Responsibilities:
• Move content from old site to new WordPress site
• Clean formatting, update images, restructure pages
• Fix broken links, update metadata, alt text & SEO fields
• Perform QA testing (functional, responsive, browser)
Experience:
• Previous WordPress content migration experience
• Strong understanding of SEO & QA processes

We prefer candidates who are comfortable supporting:
• English → French translation
• English → Portuguese translation
This is helpful for menu items, content labels, and basic multilingual support.
