"I need a complete car auction solution that runs smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web under a single code-base. The public-facing side must let buyers and sellers create accounts, list vehicles, place real-time bids, and check out securely once the hammer falls. Stripe, PayPal, or another mainstream gateway is fine for payments as long as it supports split-payouts between seller, platform fee, and taxes.

Behind the scenes I want a browser-based admin panel where my team can:
• Add, edit, approve, or remove listings in seconds
• Watch live bidding activity, flag suspicious behaviour, and if necessary freeze an auction
• Download or schedule financial, traffic, and user-activity reports (CSV/PDF)

Tech stack is up to you—React Native, Flutter, Angular, Laravel, Node, or an equivalent modern framework—as long as it delivers a fast UI, push notifications, and scalable cloud deployment.

Acceptance criteria
1. A single sign-on account works across all three platforms.
2. Bids update in real time without page refresh.
3. Payments settle automatically and appear in the admin reports.
4. Source code, build instructions, and a short video walk-through are provided on hand-over.
