Project description:
"I need an experienced web auditor to scrutinize both the public-facing site and the Supabase-powered admin backend that my current contract team delivered. After spending roughly $72,000, I’m still battling poor data handling, non access to data, a clunky UI, and what feels like never-ending bugs. Your task is to build a defensible, evidence-driven report that shows—clearly and in plain language—why the build falls short of the price tag. I prefer a website with a better database with easier access to create reports. Some on my team want to keep the current dev team. I need a strong argument that we have spent way too much money for the product we currently have.
I am currently spending on average over $1500 per month on bug fixes on features they recently built and charged for .
You will receive full admin credentials the moment we agree to start, plus additional context and real-world examples I can describe in detail. The report must be in my inbox by 9 AM US EST, so I’m looking for someone who can dive in immediately and work quickly without sacrificing depth.
Deliverables (all due by the deadline)
• A structured report (PDF or DOCX) that covers performance and speed benchmarks, data storage/architecture limitations of Supabase, UX problems, and documented bug reproduction.
• A concise executive summary that quantifies technical debt and explains why the current implementation is not worth the investment.
• Actionable recommendation of a full rebuild— and if possible, with rough timelines and cost ranges.
Acceptance criteria
• Findings are backed by any evidence you can see.
• Language is non-technical enough for stakeholders yet precise enough for a developer to act on.
• All credentials and sensitive information remain secure and are deleted from your systems once the job is finished.
If you have a track record of impartial code reviews, database audits, and performance profiling—particularly with Supabase or similar serverless stacks—I’m ready to move forward right away." (client-provided description)
