"A few months ago I had a Windows desktop app built that converts Arabic and Hebrew PDFs into English. The core translation still works, yet the output needs polishing. Right now the exported text suffers from incorrect alignment, mixed-up fonts, and irregular spacing. I also notice readability drops because font sizes shift and the flow of paragraphs frequently breaks.

I want the extraction layer rebuilt so the program relies on proper OCR instead of whatever quick parsing hack is in place. Once OCR is in place, the translated text must appear in a uniform style: same font family and size throughout, clean alignment, even spacing, and natural paragraph flow. No new languages are required—just keep Arabic and Hebrew as the source options.

Deliverables I expect:
• Updated Windows executable and its source code
• OCR implementation integrated and documented
• Sample before-and-after PDF showing the corrections
• A brief note on any libraries or engines (e.g. Tesseract, PDFBox, .NET, etc.) you add or swap in
