"I’m turning my graduation project into a real, working e-commerce website focused on an original concept in the Food & Beverage space. The idea is still under wraps, but the goal is clear: deliver a polished, responsive online store that can be demoed to both faculty and potential investors.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Build the full site—front end and back end—from product catalogue and search to cart, checkout, and order tracking.
• Integrate a mainstream payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or a local alternative you recommend).
• Add an admin dashboard for inventory, promotions, and basic analytics.
• Ensure mobile-first design; modern frameworks such as React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or Django are welcome, yet I’m open to the stack you’re most efficient with.
• Include seed data so reviewers can browse products and place test orders.
• Provide clean, well-commented source code plus a brief setup guide and a short report that explains architecture choices—this doubles as part of my academic submission.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site loads in under 3 s on standard broadband.
2. Checkout completes end-to-end in test mode without errors.
3. Admin panel updates products live.
4. Documentation lets a non-developer classmate run the project locally in under 15 minutes.
