"I need a clean, mobile–friendly page that mirrors the simple “link-hub” style of [login to view URL], but tailored to promote my own business. The layout can stay minimalist—logo or hero text at the top, a short blurb about what I do, and a series of eye-catching buttons that point visitors to my key offers or external resources.

Core feature
• A lightweight contact form that collects just two fields: Name and Email. The form should validate input, send submissions to my inbox, and show a brief success message without reloading the page (vanilla JS or a slim library is fine).

Design & tech notes
• Fully responsive so the page looks crisp on any phone.
• Modern HTML5/CSS3; feel free to use Bootstrap or Tailwind if that speeds things up, but keep bloat low.
