"I am ready to kick-off an end-to-end build that covers two fronts at the same time: a Flutter mobile app and a React web interface, both powered by a single Python API (Django / FastAPI are fine) running on PostgreSQL. The budget is strictly fixed, so I need someone who knows how to move fast and stay within tight cost boundaries.

Scope
• Front-end (mobile): Flutter screens and flows that mirror the web version.
• Front-end (web): React SPA that shares components and styling logic with the mobile build where practical.
• Back-end: Python service exposing REST/JSON endpoints, JWT-based session handling, plus hooks for OAuth (Google, Facebook, etc.) and classic email-password signup—both must work seamlessly.
• Database: PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and sample seed data.
• Deployment: environment files and concise README so I can spin everything up locally or on a small VPS without guesswork. need to send hourly updates

Acceptance criteria
1. Both apps compile and run without errors.
2. Social and email/password logins function on every platform.
3. Core CRUD sample module proves the end-to-end stack.
4. Code is clean, documented, and pushed to a private Git repo I provide.
5. Delivered within the agreed timeline and fixed budget—no extensions.
