"I’m building a direct-booking site for my holiday cottages and have a theme for you to follow. What I need now is the development work that turns those screens into a fast, user-friendly site.

The core functionality I expect:

• Real-time availability search tied to each cottage calendar
• Filters for location and price range that update results instantly
• Secure online payment flow (cards, Apple/Google Pay are fine)
• Automatic two-way calendar sync with Airbnb and VRBO to prevent double-bookings
• An owner dashboard where I can adjust rates, block dates and download reservations

Calendar syncing must pull and push iCal feeds reliably so the site stays in step with Airbnb/VRBO within minutes. Everything should be mobile-first, SEO-friendly and easy for me to add more cottages later without touching code.

I’ll hand over the approved design files as soon as we start; you focus on building, testing and deploying. A short hand-over guide or screen-share walkthrough at the end will help me manage inventory and pricing on my own.
