"I have an existing Shopify application that now needs a round of refinements touching every corner of the storefront—from product pages and the homepage right through to checkout. The aim is to tighten UX, introduce a few bespoke elements, and ensure the codebase stays clean and maintainable.

Scope of work
• Product & collection pages: polish the layout, tweak Liquid sections, and make sure dynamic elements render consistently across devices.
• Homepage: refresh hero banners, adjust theme settings, and optimise loading without losing any current functionality.
• Checkout flow:
– Add several custom fields that write to the order object.
– Re-arrange the visual layout for a clearer, higher-converting sequence.
– Tweak existing functionality rather than replacing it, so updates remain theme-upgrade friendly.

Tech stack expectation
You should feel at home working with Shopify Liquid, theme customisers, Script Editor (or Functions), and front-end staples like HTML, SCSS and vanilla JavaScript. Familiarity with Shopify APIs for order metafields will be helpful when wiring the new checkout fields.

Deliverables
1. Updated theme files (Liquid, snippets, assets) ready to publish.
2. Checkout customisations live in the store and fully tested in both desktop and mobile views.
