"I need a full-featured WordPress website for a boutique hotel presented in a classic, elegant style. The build must cover everything from the polished front-end experience guests see to the back-office tools staff rely on every day.

Design & structure
The visual direction should evoke timeless sophistication—think refined typography, balanced white space, and tasteful photography. Core pages to start with are Home, Rooms, and Contact Us; from there I’ll also need any standard supporting sections such as About, Gallery, Dining, Special Offers, and FAQs so the site feels complete at launch.

Booking engine
A real-time availability calendar, room-by-room inventory management, and an intuitive booking flow are essential. Guests must be able to reserve, receive automated confirmations, and pay on the spot through an integrated payment gateway (Stripe or PayPal preferred, though I’m open to advice).

Back-end requirements
• WordPress CMS with an easy-to-update room module (rates, photos, seasonal pricing).
• Secure payment handling, SSL ready, GDPR compliant data capture.
• Mobile-first responsiveness and page-speed optimization.
• SEO-friendly URLs, meta schema, and an XML sitemap generated automatically.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can add or edit a room in the dashboard and immediately see it reflected on the live site.
2. A test booking with real card details runs through to a successful confirmation email.
3. The site renders correctly on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, as well as iOS and Android devices.
4. Google PageSpeed Insights scores 85+ on both mobile and desktop.
