"Position: Talent Agent / Host Manager (Mixmix Platform)

Job Responsibilities
As a Talent Agent for Mixmix, you will help us recruit, guide, and support online hosts (1v1 chat hosts). Your responsibilities include:
1. Host Recruitment

Search for and contact potential hosts on social media, freelance platforms, and community groups

Post recruitment ads and respond to applicants

Conduct simple online screenings (communication ability, language, basic requirements)

2. Host Onboarding

Assist new hosts in completing account setup

Explain basic rules, income model, and platform guidelines

Provide simple training on how to chat and engage with users

3. Host Management & Support

Maintain communication with active hosts

Help them solve basic problems or coordinate with the internal team

Motivate hosts to stay active and improve performance

4. Performance Monitoring

Track host activity (online time, chats, calls, etc.)

Encourage hosts to improve productivity using platform tools

Report key issues or feedback to the operations team

5. Content & Community Operations (Light Workload)

Share official updates with your host group

Help maintain a positive and supportive work community

Basic Requirements

Good communication skills

Responsible, patient, and organized

Experience in live-streaming, customer service, or talent sourcing is a plus

English-speaking or multilingual candidates preferred
