"Zynaptix Labs is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and secure new IT projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building long-term client relationships, and increasing overall productivity and revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and connect with potential clients who require web development, mobile app development, custom software, SaaS applications, or IT consulting services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Create and present proposals, sales pitches, and pricing plans to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for estimations and solution planning.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with follow-ups, updates, and timely communication.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent lead conversion.
• Expand the company’s reach in both domestic and international markets.
• Represent the company in client meetings, online demos, and discussions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of software development services, technologies, and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to create professional proposals and requirement documents.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Experience in generating projects for websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
• Understanding of international IT markets such as the US, UK, and UAE.
