"I am looking to hire a Technical Caller who can support me with technical communication and coordination tasks.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing software engineering topics and able to clearly communicate in English at a C1+ level.

What I Need

• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity, debugging)
• Good understanding of software engineering, programming concepts, and modern development tools
• Excellent English communication (C1+): clear voice, confident speaking, able to explain technical ideas
• Ability to analyze problems logically, summarize conversations, and track follow-ups
• Professional attitude, reliability, and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical phone calls, candidate screening, and clear communication
• Understand and explain technical tasks (algorithms, system design, coding steps, issue analysis)
• Summaries, follow-ups, and action tracking
• Support coordination for interviews, meetings, or project discussions

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer support, tech support, or technical recruiting
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages
• Strong analytical mindset
