Core scope
• Desktop app: patient management, doctor workflow, and a tightly integrated billing module.
• Mobile app: mirrors the most used doctor and patient screens so that appointments, charts, and invoices sync instantly with the desktop database.

Primary users you’ll be building for are doctors, patients, and administrative staff, so every screen has to feel intuitive to each group while sharing a single, scalable code-base.

Architecture & security
The solution must be cloud-ready, with clean API layers and encrypted data at rest and in transit. A modular design is crucial so we can plug in reports, inventory, or lab integrations later without rewriting the core.

Design & speed
A modern, uncluttered UI/UX is non-negotiable, and I expect rapid iteration cycles plus active support during on-site rollout.
