"I need a custom development from scratch to create a properties website (php, python, java...etc) and iphone (has to be objective C not cross platform tools) and android (not cross platform too) apps that lists properties in several countries, states, and cities.. it will has unlimited features and amenities that I can customize and define and can be used as filters in the search (about 70 for now and more can be added later, for example: swimming pool, parking, garden, ...etc).. please check the attached images.. the website, iphone and android has to be connected to the same database..

now after development, I need you to collect data (scrape) from 20+ free properties listing websites and enter it into my new website, the data is over 1.5 million properties I need them with all their data (rent, sale, trade, area, price, country, state, city, ...etc) and all their images and amenities (beds, baths, area, price, parking, swimming pool...etc) , most of the scraped listings has no city or state, just a country but the city and state are mentioned in their details or description so you will use Ai to extract cities names from the description and put it in the database..

you will also program a system that scrapes these sites automatically on daily basis and feed our database ..

also there will be many details to discuss like multi currency (10+ currencies) which also will be customizable..

you will provide the whole source code for everything.. also I need a superb hosting dedicated servers to host all this (multi core multithreaded processors, 128 gbs ram eec, and nvme storage) also I need a cloud backup plan of at least 1TBs.
