"I need a custom Performance Management system that focuses on BSC KPIs and tracking Financial Achievement while integrating seamlessly with our Oracle NetSuite ERP. The platform must recognise three distinct user roles—Admin, Manager and Employee—each with clearly defined permissions for creating, monitoring and reporting on goals.

Core scope
• Targets & achievement tracking dashboard that pulls Financial data directly from NetSuite so KPIs always reflect real-time figures.
• Bi-directional integration layer or API connectors to NetSuite for user provisioning, and performance metrics.
• Role-based access control enabling Admin users to configure templates and analytics, Managers to approve and add team achievement, and Employees to review their own progress.

Deliverables
– Fully functional web application (source code and compiled build)
– Documentation covering architecture, NetSuite integration steps and role-permission matrix
– One round of user-acceptance testing fixes
